Praised for its sweet sherry flavours, Regis Lemaitre of website, Regiswhiskymad.com, described Glengoyne 21 Year Old as having a 'Good level of sherry, round, musty and easy drinking. Impressive taste: rich, chocolatey with a little mint â?¦ Very pleasant!'; whilst Richard Joynson described it as 'Pow! Zingy, musty and sherry sweetâ?¦ A 'class act.'
Iain Weir, Marketing Director for Ian Macleod Distiller's, commented: "Launched in April 2007, Glengoyne 21 Year Old achieves the optimum balance of flavours and the maximum benefits from our specially selected 100% first fill European Oak Sherry casks.
