Dumgoyne, 15th April 2008;
Treat your Dad to Glengoyne's new limited edition gift pack this Father's Day (15 June). The stylish gift includes a bottle of the award-wining Glengoyne 10 Years Old partnered with a stainless steel Glengoyne branded cigar flask and collapsible cup.
One of the distillery's most popular bottles, the Glengoyne 10 Years Old is the perfect introduction to the Glengoyne range. Unlike most other single malts, Glengoyne captures "the authentic taste of malt whisky untainted by peat smoke" - 'The Real Taste of Malt'. The result is a more subtle, complex whisky in which all of the delicate flavours are freely allowed to express themselves.
Available from May, RRP in the UK is £39.99 and will be sold in most good whisky retailers or online at www.glengoyne.com.
Alternatively, spend some quality time together at the Glengoyne Distillery where guests can take part in the Master Blender tour. In the state-of-the-art Sample Room, fathers can expand their whisky knowledge and create their own unique blend of whisky to take home. Located just 30 minutes outside Glasgow, the picturesque distillery offers this unique blending course from just £25 per person. Gift vouchers are also available.
