Cannonball Edinburgh Gin – A punchy but balanced Navy Strength gin at 57.2% ABV, defined by strong juniper and lemon flavours, with lingering spice.
Seaside Edinburgh Gin – Sweet and smooth at 43% ABV with a slightly salty tang, and defined by its fresh, lightly floral aroma.
Edinburgh Gin’s Elderflower Liqueur – Bottled at 20% ABV, made from 100% fresh handpicked elderflowers. The result, a clean floral nose with hints of pear, peach and grapefruit zest. A subtle yet complex flavour.
Edinburgh Gin’s Raspberry Liqueur – Bottled at 20% ABV, made from a traditional family recipe using locally sourced raspberries, matured with Edinburgh Gin and pure cane sugar. The result is a delicious deep, tart raspberry flavour.
Edinburgh Gin’s Rhubarb & Ginger Liqueur – Bottled at 20% ABV, tangy spring crop rhubarb, macerated with warming oriental ginger and a little fragrant lemon zest. This is then infused into Edinburgh Gin to produce a delicate aromatic rose coloured liqueur.
Edinburgh Gin’s Plum & Vanilla Liqueur - Bottled at 20% ABV, the juiciest Scottish plums are selected and macerated with the highest quality Madagascan vanilla. Infused with award-winning Edinburgh Gin, this results in a luscious, velvety liqueur with a delectably rich and sweet aroma. The perfect base for cocktails, with Champagne or over ice.
