Moffat Springs Whisky takes this legend and the spirit of the holy griffin guardian to the modern times. The whisky stands for purity, inspiration, persistence and eternity.

  Tasting Notes:
  Nose - Butterscotch, sultanas, lemon with faint smoke.
  Palate - Balanced floral notes and peat smoke mix with fresh malt flavours.
  Finish - Toasted bread and lingering peat.

  12YO 70cl at 40% vol.
  
  Tasting Notes:
  Nose - Rich and sweet with an oily oak character, apples and a hint of smokiness.
  Palate - Sweet, rich and creamy, full bodied with elegant spice.
  Finish - Long with gentle sherry character.

  15YO 70cl at 40% vol.
  
  Tasting Notes:
  Nose - Warming with orange, toffee and gentle peat.
  Palate - Smooth with grassy notes, spice and building smoke.
